3 Denver Coffee Shops with Instagram Feeds as Stimulating as Their Coffee

Sarah Saenz • July 1, 2021

As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur and a recent Denver transplant, I am always on the hunt for the best local coffee shops to try out.

My search naturally began with a simple Google search: "best coffee shops in denver." From there I crafted my list of must-try spots, then took that list to Instagram!

Why Instagram, you might ask? Why didn't I stop at my Google search list and head out to my first location?

Well the answer is simple: a company's Instagram feed paints a broader picture of that brand than a website or Google listing. You can visually experience their passion, creativity and even get a sneak peek at their menu items! Below I have listed out the top 3 shops whose Instagram feeds stole my heart and my business!

1. Queen City Coffee (@queencitycoffee)

Up first, Queen City Coffee has a beautifully crafted feed. Instead of the traditional one post at a time, they take it a step further and put a little more thought into their strategy. When landing on their profile, each post is essentially 3 posts long giving their feed a unique look than any other shop I looked at. Taking this extra step assured me that they don't mess around when it comes to their brand and their coffee was sure to reflect that too.

2. Black Eye Coffee (@blackeyecoffee)

Black Eye Coffee is housed in an old speakeasy-turned-coffeehouse. Their Instagram feed followed a theme, with each post having the same dream-like vibe. The light and airy photos completely contrast the history of the less-than-legal activities that used to take place here. Knowing this almost made me feel like I was in on some inside joke with the company before I even stepped foot in the door! The slightly hazy photos reminded me of quiet and cloudy afternoons to yourself and told Black Eye Coffee was the perfect place to be to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

3. Blue Sparrow Coffee (@bluesparrowcoffee)

Blue Sparrow Coffee gave off a much livelier vibe than the other two. The bright blue accents of their shop and lifestyle photos came alive on my screen and invited me in for one of their beautifully crafted lattes. Their Instagram feed showed off their friendliness and painted the picture of good conversation with strangers over a good cup of coffee, one of life's simple pleasures.

Search engine optimization is often misunderstood. Many businesses assume that adding a few keywords to their homepage or publishing an occasional blog post is enough to improve rankings. When traffic does not increase, they conclude that SEO simply does not work for their industry. In reality, most SEO challenges stem from structural issues, inconsistent strategy, or incomplete implementation rather than a lack of opportunity. If your SEO efforts are not producing results, the solution is rarely more content alone. It starts with addressing the foundation.

When businesses think about redesigning their website, the first word that usually comes to mind is “refresh.” New colors. Updated fonts. Modern layout. But a high-performing website redesign is not about aesthetics. It is about performance. A strong website should generate leads, drive sales, improve search visibility, simplify content management, and clearly communicate your brand. If it only looks better but does not function better, it is not a redesign. It is decoration.

You’re getting traffic. People are clicking your ads. They’re finding you on Google. They’re even browsing your pages. But the leads? The calls? The form submissions? Crickets. If your website isn’t converting, the problem usually isn’t traffic. It’s what happens after someone lands on your site. Here’s where to start.

If your website looks good but isn’t bringing in leads, you are not alone. This is one of the most common frustrations we hear from business owners. The site isn’t “bad.” It loads, it functions, and it might even get traffic. But it still feels like it’s underperforming. The truth is, your website probably isn’t broken. It just isn’t working hard enough. A strong website does more than exist online. It guides visitors, tells a clear story, builds trust, and motivates action. When one of those pieces is missing, results stall.

If your website feels outdated, you are probably not imagining it. Design standards, user expectations, and search engine requirements evolve quickly, and what worked even a few years ago may now be holding your business back. Your website is often the first impression customers have of your brand. When it feels slow, cluttered, or difficult to use, visitors notice and often leave before taking action. Below are some of the most common reasons websites start to feel outdated, and what modern websites do differently.
