Florence Realty Co is boutique real estate agency located in Denver, Colorado. Founded by Zach Florence in 2023, the firm has spent a decade dedicated to serving the needs of local home buyers and sellers.
CHALLENGE
Florence Realty Co already had a website. But it was costly to maintain and difficult to update for their small team.
The site was built on the WordPress platform, and didn't win on Search or perform well on mobile devices.
OPPORTUNITY
We had the opportunity to work with Florence Realty Co to migrate their website from the WordPress platform, maintaining branding and storytelling, but integrating key tools and features that were not previously available on their website.
We recommended Florence Realty Co switch to the Duda platform to improve performance on all devices, improve the ease of making ongoing edits & updates, and better rank on Google and other search engines.
RESULTS
This website more cost effective to maintain than their previous website. Monthly Market Reports bring clients to the website on a monthly basis to learn about what is happening in the local market and with changes in mortgage rates.
A "Denver Neighborhood Guide" has been implemented to help win Search for people looking to buy a home in Denver, complete with neighborhood info, maps, walk score, home sale lists and other key data.
We have been able to host Florence Realty Co's new listings on the site, improving his client's bottom line as they market these homes for sale.
